We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, deep experience working with NBFCs and small finance banks, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support business growth.
• Lead all fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing rounds.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with NBFCs, small finance banks, and other financial institutions.
• Oversee all financial planning, analysis, accounting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and executive team.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• Demonstrable experience in fundraising from venture capital, private equity, or institutional investors.
• In-depth knowledge of and experience working with the Indian financial ecosystem, including NBFCs and small finance banks.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
